1. About cookies and this policy

Cookies are small text values stored by a browser and returned with later requests. Local storage and session storage keep values in the browser but are not sent automatically with every request. This policy covers both because they affect how NichePro remembers a browser or request.

First-party means the value is created for the NichePro domain. When you leave NichePro for a third-party site such as Stripe Checkout, that provider may use its own cookies under its own notice. NichePro does not control cookies created solely on a third-party domain.

2. Cookies used by NichePro

4. Browser storage that is not a cookie

Browser storage can be cleared in browser site-data settings. Clearing it may make an offer reappear or remove retry protection for an unfinished creation request, but it does not itself delete server-side account or project records.

5. Third-party pages and current analytics status

NichePro does not currently deploy Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, cross-context behavioral advertising tags, or third-party advertising cookies in the application. NichePro does not currently sell or share cookie identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Stripe-hosted Checkout and billing pages, Supabase authentication infrastructure, and linked marketplace or provider pages may process technical data or use cookies under their own policies. A redirect to Stripe is a separate site context; review the provider's notice when using it.

If NichePro adds optional analytics, personalization, or advertising technology, it will update this inventory and the consent interface before activating it where prior consent or an opt-out is required.

6. How to manage cookies

Use the “Cookie preferences” button displayed by NichePro to choose necessary-only or all cookies and to withdraw optional affiliate consent.
Use browser settings to view or delete site cookies and storage, block cookies, or clear data when the browser closes. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in, session refresh, workspace selection, and saved preferences.
Use private-browsing controls if you do not want site data to remain after the session, subject to the browser's implementation.
Where U.S. state law applies, Global Privacy Control can communicate a sale or sharing opt-out. NichePro currently has no sale or cross-context advertising sharing for the signal to change, but will process applicable signals if those practices change.

7. Legal basis and regional safeguards

In the EEA, Italy, UK, and similar jurisdictions, necessary storage is used to provide a service requested by the user, secure it, or remember a choice the user made. Optional affiliate attribution is based on consent through the NichePro preference interface. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, unambiguous, and as easy to withdraw as to give.

California and other U.S. residents may have rights concerning online identifiers and targeted advertising. The current application does not use these values for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not sell them. The Privacy Policy explains applicable access, deletion, correction, portability, and appeal rights.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when a cookie, browser-storage key, provider, duration, or legal requirement changes. The version shown on this page identifies the published inventory.

Questions about cookies or consent should use the operator details shown at the top of this page when configured. If the deployment shows a legal-configuration warning, it must publish complete legal contact information before relying on this page for public launch.
